Microsoft 365 Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Office 365 Specialist with at least 8 years of experience working in Microsoft 365 environments. The role requires both technical expertise and a user-focused mindset, you should enjoy working closely with the business, supporting users and contributing to a secure, efficient and modern digital workplace.
Main tasks
Management and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform.
Troubleshooting and administration of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive.
Support for users and operations: consulting, training, advanced support and problem solving.
Documentation, development of guidelines and further development of governance models.
Participates in and drives projects, assignments and initiatives within the modern workplace, security and platform optimization.
Incident, problem and change management.
Drive improvements, identify optimizations and contribute to more efficient working methods.
Experience and competence requirements
Technical expertise
At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 in larger and complex environments.
Deep expertise in:
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint Online
Exchange Online
OneDrive for Business
Microsoft 365 Defender
Microsoft Azure EntraID
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Automation Services
PowerShell for administration and automation.
Good experience in:
Understanding of identity and access, Conditional Access and ZeroTrust.
Email flows and related processes
Ability to collect and analyze information and evidence during incidents.
Collaboration with cybersecurity teams and SOC at a mid-sized company.
Good experience with Microsoft Purview:
Sensitivity labels / Information Protection
Data Loss Prevention
eDiscovery
Retention
Compliance Manager
Opportunity to contribute to the organization's data protection and compliance work.
Meritorious – Experience with IT security tools
Experience with modern IT security solutions is a plus, as the role collaborates with security and compliance functions. Examples of solutions:
Mimecast
Darktrace
Or other security tools.
Working closely with people and user support
You like to work closely with users and businesses, preferably in roles that include consulting, training, anchoring and renewal of new working methods.
Enjoys helping others create/improve user experiences.

Training
Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent work experience.
Language
Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written.
