About the Role:

We’re looking for a Construction Manager to support the overall construction management of storage and transport facility in the port of Luleå.

The Construction Manager will act as right hand in the management of the general contractor, with a broad scope of responsibilities including project planning, design management, cost control, document control, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be one-window into the project’s health and all construction activities on siteDevelop and maintain a progress reporting system
• Monitor, control and report on project costs, budgets, and forecasts
• Execute document control
• Enforce and report on adherence to  EHSS standard
• Coordinate with adjacent construction projects and maintain continuity with ongoing port operations in the surrounding area
• Address and resolve challenges related to groundworks and complex soil conditions, proposing technical solutions, as needed
• 
  

Qualifications:

• Work experience in northern Sweden is required, with strong knowledge of local regulations, environmental conditions, and construction practices
• Expertise in challenging groundworks conditions is preferred
• Experience working with port infrastructure is highly desirable
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management) or equivalent field experience
