Reporting & Analytics Workstream Lead

Requirements 

Must have:

  • Educational Background: College or University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in reporting and analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience in ERP implementation projects
  • Expertise with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience with ETL data migration concepts
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and integration techniques
  • Proven track record in delivering analytics solutions in a global, multi-site environment

Individual qualitites:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills with ability to lead effective group sessions both in person and remotely
  • Strong written and spoken language skills in English
  • Attention to Detail and Process-Oriented mindset
  • Adaptability and willingness to evolve the approach over time
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing situations and business conditions

Language:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
