We are now looking for a Workstream lead – Plan to Fulfill Supply chain planning to our customer.

The workstreams Lead to Cash and Plan to Fulfill are jointly organized from a project perspective, within the program. Plan to Fulfill consists of three sub workstreams – “Supply chain planning”, “Logistics” and “Mill warehouse“.

This request is for a workstream lead for “P2F Supply chain planning (SCP)”. The team consists of ie business process leads, SMEs, data-, test-, change- and deploy capacity, also members from implementation partners.

The work will be done in close collaboration with other workstream, where “Logistics”, “MillWH”, “Lead to Cash”, “Finance to Cash” and “Source to Pay” are key collaborators (solution and stakeholders).

P2F SCP main focus is the strategic, tactical and operational supply chain planning process and its implementation in business via process, system and data. SAP IBP, PPDS and PPQM (S/4 Hana) are key systems, but also legacy systems such as iPlan and its transition to IBP. PPDS includes trimming add-on supplied by external party (TCON). Production planning solution also includes integrations with legacy MES.

The role is responsible for the full delivery of the sub workstream and dependencies with other areas and ensuring the best solution for our customer – from a business and system perspective. This is done in close collaboration with selected implementation partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of the sub workstream “P2F SCP”.

• Coordinate with other relevant workstreams in our customers business

• Work closely and coordinate with counterpart from SI-partner and trimming tool and ERP-link provider T.Con

• Report to workstream lead for L2C/P2F and program management

• Provide and ensure our customers context and expertise and ensure best possible solution, process and system for our customer, together with SI-partner and our customers resources (ie global process owner, Business process leads, SME).

• Not only including SAP, but also relevant legacy systems and processes.

• Ensure end-to-end process and integration within planning area and other integrated process- and solution areas together with business- and partner team.

• Drive and ensure resolution/closure of identified solution gaps (process and system) together with SI-partner and business team.

• Ensure stakeholder collaboration (for example reference groups), meeting forums and expectation management.

• Ensure that relevant decision needs are identified, prepared and resolved.

• Coordinate with Change Management

• Lead and coordinate resources within workstream. Manage allocation and constraints of our customers team.

• Support preparation for cutover and hypercare for planning processes, including readiness reviews and solution validation.

• Being an ambassador for the new solution

Requirements

Must have:

• A degree in Business admin supply chain, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• sional Experience: Proven experience in project management, with both business and system dimensions, focus on supply chain planning. Preferably in the paper and pulp industry or similar sectors.

• Experience with SAP Activate or hybrid implementation methodologies.

• Experience with SCP processes and their connection to sales, procurement, finance, and manufacturing processes.

• Experience with both custom-built and ERP-systems, and a strong understanding of their integration challenges.

• Experience with SAP implementations, particularly SAP S/4HANA, IBP.

• Experience with process modelling tools such as Signavio.
  

Nice to have:

• Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA (PPDS, PPQM), IBP.

• Knowledge about MES-systems and their functionalities in relation to ERP.
