We are currently looking for a Quality Engineering – Engineer.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative consultant to support our engineering department during a parental leave period.

The role focuses on:

• Driving long-term improvement initiatives

• Coordinating quality-related activities

• Ensuring decisions and processes are implemented and followed up
  

This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Improvement & Quality Development

• Drive long-term improvement initiatives within the department

• Ensure meetings are conducted, decisions are implemented, and follow-ups are completed

• Lead internal quality improvement forums (Q-pulse leadership forums)

• Lead A3 problem-solving activities within the department

• Documentation & Process Development

• Update and maintain departmental documentation

• Write NCRs (Non-Conformity Reports) in internal systems

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance quality and improve processes
  

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams

• Support ongoing improvement and quality initiatives

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and effective problem-solving
  

Qualifications

Required

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good collaboration and communication skills

• High level of initiative and ability to work independently

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
  

Meritorious

• Experience in quality engineering and improvement methodologies

• Knowledge of A3 methodology or similar problem-solving frameworks

• Experience in technical or engineering-focused organizations

• Experience working with NCR processes and documentation systems
