Assignment Description:
We are now looking for a SE_IS Infrastructure Specialist – Senior Consultant (Level 3).
Description:
Our current IT/OT specialist has resigned and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. There may also be a possibility of permanent employment.
We are looking for an engaged IT/OT specialist who wants to play a key role at the interface between information systems (IT) and operational technology (OT).
You will work closely with production, maintenance, and central IT functions to ensure stable, secure, and future-proof operations in our industrial systems.
The role is both operational and development-oriented, with a strong focus on availability, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Operation, monitoring, and further development of OT environments (PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks)
Ensure secure integration between IT and OT systems
Work with IT/OT cybersecurity (segmentation, firewalls, patching, access management)
Participate in and lead technical investigations, improvement initiatives, and investment projects
Troubleshooting and incident management in production-critical systems
Collaboration with suppliers, IT department, and business operations
Documentation, standardization, and risk analysis
Qualifications:
Knowledge of virtual environments and backup solutions, such as VMware and NetApp storage
Experience with production systems such as MES or historian systems
Post-secondary education in IT, automation, industrial technology, or equivalent experience
Experience working in an industrial OT environment
Good understanding of networks, servers, and system integration
Knowledge of industrial control systems (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi)
Experience with IT security, preferably in OT/industrial environments
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
