Our client is currently redefining their Commercial Operations. We are looking for a hands-on expert to bridge the gap between sales methodology and system architecture. You will be the architect of a new, structured, and scalable sales model, from defining product structures in D365 to establishing a world-class sales process.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Solutions Specialist, you will not just be an advisor; you will be the driving force behind a more efficient commercial engine. Your mission includes:

• ERP Strategy & Product Structuring: Defining how products are set up, categorized, and managed within D365/ERP to support complex industrial sales.

• Sales Methodology: Establishing and implementing a robust sales process and methodology within Commercial Operations.

• Process Architecture: Mapping and optimizing the "quote-to-cash" flow to ensure scalability and business impact.

• Strategic Leadership: Guiding the organization through system transitions and process changes with a proactive, "forward-leaning" mindset.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you possess a rare mix of technical ERP depth and commercial business acumen. You are a person who "makes things happen" and has the interpersonal strength to influence stakeholders at all levels.  

• Experience: Proven track record within D365/ERP implementation and optimization, specifically for the Automotive or Complex Manufacturing sectors.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of product structures, BOMs, and commercial sales processes in a technical environment.

• Mindset: Highly driven and "hands-on." You don't just suggest a roadmap; you drive the implementation.

• Communication: Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong merit. You are comfortable working on-site in Sweden to lead the team through this transition
