Technical Trainer

Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Develop trainings: Develop trainings in accordance with projects and market needs
2. Train the Trainer: Train market trainers on how to conduct the training and teach the workshop technicians.
REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent
• Automotive technical knowledge, products, electrics, electronics, and electromobility
• Excellent presentation, training, communication and pedagogical skills
• Should be able to train/teach (learning from a technician perspective)
• Should be able to learn himself/herself in order to teach with a good grasp of technical subjects
• Should be able to co-develop training materials
• Fluent in written and spoken English (as all trainings will be in English)
• Strong customer focus
• Bus Driving license (category D) and 1000V electricity license are an advantage
