Intune & Endpoint Management Specialist

Assignment description:
We are now looking for an Intune & Endpoint Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage Microsoft Intune
• Create and manage Intune policies for device compliance, and security configurations
• Configure, and manage endpoint devices, mainly Windows
• Administer and enhance Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning
• Application management
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure required for Intune Certificate Connector and other existing servers used by Configuration Manager
• Participate in projects related to endpoints, driving innovation and efficiency
• Document device configurations, processes, and supporting procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to device management
Required Qualifications
• Proven and recent experience with endpoint management and administration.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune for managing devices, applications, and compliance policies
• Deep knowledge of Windows Autopilot
• Experience with Patch my PC
• Recent experienced in roll-out projects to end-users and collaboration cross teams.
• Skilled in documenting products/services and managing lifecycle accordingly.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience in managing Mac systems, knowledge of JAMF system
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop deployment
• Deployment for iOS and Android
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Intune Administrator, Jamf Administrator).

Education:
• Computer Engineer or related field.
Language:
- Fluent in English
Other Requirements:
• Highly developed communication skills; adaptability toward varying situations and audiences; interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels.
• Ability to understand and handle tasks and deadlines both independently and as a team member.
• Familiar with Agile framework and experience in planning in sprints.
• Experience working in the Atlassian portfolio, ie Jira and Confluence mainly.
