Assignment description
We are looking for a consultant to lead a transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors as the new master system. The client is a public sector organization consisting of multiple entities, with approximately 50,000 end users.
In this role, you will lead the SuccessFactors implementation project together with a project coordinator and a broad expert team. The scope includes the modules EC, Compensation, Time, and Opentext.
Minimum requirements
Experience from 2 to 3 HR system projects where the total workload has been 300 person-days in two projects and 500 person-days in one project.
Finnish security clearance is required for the selected consultant.
