Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile delivery across global ERP and technology transformation projects. The Scrum Master will play a critical role in guiding distributed teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and key business stakeholders in the automotive domain to deliver complex initiatives successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring effective execution of Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile values, principles, and best practices to strengthen delivery maturity.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments that may hinder delivery progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling teams to inspect, adapt, and improve sprint over sprint.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Ensure delivery aligns with project scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with Release Managers and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth delivery across environments.
- Support the adoption of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban depending on business needs.
- Provide reporting and metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity planning) to ensure transparency of delivery progress.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and Lean principles.
- Hands-on experience facilitating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.
- Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master are highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience in ERP/D365 transformation programs or large-scale technology projects.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps boards, dashboards, and reporting.
- Exposure to the automotive industry or manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of Agile at scale frameworks beyond Scrum (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
