Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer. This role will focus on building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and managing cloud-native environments within Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and high availability of applications supporting a global automotive business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Administer and monitor Azure resources (VMs, App Services, AKS, Service Bus, Functions, Storage).
- Work with development teams to ensure smooth code integration, version control, and artifact management.
- Configure and manage containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with tools like Azure Monitor, App Insights, or Prometheus/Grafana.
- Support release management activities in collaboration with architects and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies, including role-based access and key vault management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role in enterprise cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
- CI/CD automation and release management.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Experience integrating with ERP or enterprise-scale systems (preferably D365 F&O).
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
- Hands-on experience in cloud security, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative team mindset with the ability to work across functions in a distributed environment.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
- Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to ISVs or ERP-specific integrations in the automotive domain.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
