Project Manager (Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, financial targets, and scheduling milestones
- Apply and follow Gate models for development projects
- Drive risk management, change management, and claim handling processes
- Coordinate with suppliers and customer representatives
- Provide clear reporting and maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects in a relevant technical field
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical education (alternatively, another technical degree with <10 years’ relevant experience)
- Strong analytical skills: ability to break down data, identify patterns, and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)

Meritorious:

- Experience with development projects and Gate model methodologies
- Knowledge of Cooling Systems or related technical domains
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing customer relationships
