Job description:
We are looking for a senior consultant with strong expertise in engine performance and calibration for an on-site assignment with our client in the industrial and marine sector. The role focuses on internal combustion engine development with emphasis on performance, emissions, and durability.
About the Role
You will work on-site in engine test facilities, performing calibration, optimization, and performance testing of engines and aftertreatment systems. The role includes preparing test objects, analyzing data, and using tools such as AVL Concerto, ATI Vision, Python, and internal platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.
Requirements
- MSc or equivalent technical background
- Several years of experience in engine development. Explicit internal combustion engine calibration experience is an absolute essential requirement.
- Strong calibration experience (engine & aftertreatment)
- Familiar with control systems and functional descriptions
- Proficient in AVL Concerto, ATI Vision, Python
- Fluent in English
