Product Structure Engineer - Battery Optimization and Monitoring

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product structure and documentation in the KOLA PDM system
- Define and maintain product variants, options, and configurations
- Create, release, and approve DCNs and item structures
- Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure data quality
- Support prototype BoMs and aftermarket documentation
- Represent the team in global forums and drive process improvements
- Administer system access and monitor KPIs
- Track product changes using JIRA (PCR/PIL)
Profile & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product documentation and PDM systems
- Deep knowledge of KOLA and related tools (SPOT, JIRA/PIL, Creo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of variant logic and product lifecycle management
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Background in battery systems or complex product architecture is a plus
- Analytical, structured, and improvement-oriented
