Job Description:

A leading global company in high-precision electronics and laser optics is seeking an Environmental Conditions Specialist to ensure optimal working conditions for highly sensitive components. This role focuses on analyzing and mitigating the effects of environmental factors—such as temperature, humidity, and airborne contaminants—on electronic circuit boards, laser optics, and high-precision equipment.

A key responsibility is to assess how environmental conditions impact product performance and reliability. The specialist will also evaluate and suggest improvements to minimize environmental risks and enhance system stability in manufacturing and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize environmental conditions affecting sensitive electronics and laser optics.
• Evaluate environmental impacts on precision systems and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct tests and simulations to assess environmental effects on production and performance.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop solutions ensuring stable operating environments.
• Contribute to environmental risk assessments related to electronics and laser systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in electronics, laser optics, or related technologies.
• Experience in assessing environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, air quality) affecting precision equipment.
• Knowledge of cleanroom environments or similar controlled conditions is a plus.
• Experience in R&D, manufacturing, or quality assurance related to environmental impact on high-precision systems.
