Assignment description::

This request is for a Business Data Lead working with A2D. Bringing capability and capacity to support our customers responsibilities in the delivery. The work will be done in close collaboration with business owners (business and global process lead), business- and IT SMEs, workstream leads, and enablement team.

Main focus areas/deliverables for team to achieve:

• Update conversion design rationale, including mapping of data fields between legacy and SAP, extraction criteria, enrichment scope and cleansing criteria.

• Ensure business data cleansing and enrichment

• Provide mock load data for test.

• Design process for master data management (MDM)

• Contribute in ensuring governance and organization for MDM-area for first go-live.

• Contribute in ensuring long-term governance and organization around master data management.

• Close collaboration with data enablement team and other business data leads in program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute with leadership and drive to ensure deliverables within the business data area.

• Take responsibility for direct, but also indirect business areas in workstream, that are key for ensuring success for our customer.

• Work closely with business responsible in our customers system, workstream leads and implementation partners.

• Reports to our customers A2D workstream leader.

Requirements:

Must have:

• A degree in Engineering, Business Admin Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• English and Swedish language understanding

• Proven experience within data related activities focusing on sales and supply chain

• Experience in ETL tools is beneficial. (Extract, Transform and Load)

• Proven experience in master data management

• SAP knowledge, preferably S/4

• Professional experience from pulp and paper industry

• Experiences with SAP implementation programs

• Project Management skills within Engineering and Maintenance

• Master Data management in SAP S4

• Design and implementing Master Data Governance and Master Data processes

• Transformation projects of migrating, converting and cleansing data from multiple source systems

• Setting up test data and test data libraries

• Experience in use of Syniti and Jira programs

• SAP S4 data model (tables and fields) knowledge

• Maximo and/or IFS experience
