Introduction
We are now looking for an experienced microwave designer for a qualified consulting assignment at our client in Gothenburg, active in advanced technology development. The assignment is focused on the development of high-performance circuit board solutions for radar applications in the frequency range 1–20 GHz.
This is a technically complex assignment that places high demands on specialist expertise and documented experience in microwave technology.
About the assignment
In this role you will work with the development and construction of microwave-based circuit board solutions for radar systems. The work includes design, simulation, verification and testing in a lab environment. You will be part of a technically advanced team where quality, accuracy and performance are crucial.
The tasks include:
- Design and development of microwave circuits within 1–20 GHz
- Use of microwave CAD for design and simulation
- Measurement and verification with microwave measurement equipment in the lab
- Documentation of design and test results
Requirements
- Level 4 (senior)
- Documented experience in designing microwave solutions
- Documented experience in developing circuit board solutions within 1–20 GHz
- Documented experience in using microwave CAD
- Documented experience in using microwave measurement equipment in the lab
