Job Details

We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master for a long-term consulting assignment at our client in Karlskoga. The assignment is in place and gives you the opportunity to play a key role in the client's ongoing agile journey in software development.

As a Scrum Master, you will work with one or more development teams and help create structure, energy and direction in the daily work. You will be a central part of an environment that values collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

About the assignment

In the role of Scrum Master, you are responsible for leading and facilitating the teams' agile processes. Among other things, you will:

Lead and facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos.

Visualize the teams' progress, follow up on sprint results and support the teams in achieving their goals.

Help remove obstacles that affect the teams' ability to deliver.

Contribute to the organization's agile development by driving improvement work and sharing experiences with other Scrum Masters.

Be an active ambassador for the agile way of working and contribute to change work at a broad level.

Requirements

To succeed in the assignment, we see that you have:

Several years of experience working as a Scrum Master in software development.

• Solid experience in agile development methods and agile leadership.

• Technical understanding of software development.

• Experience coaching teams and individuals in larger organizations.

• Good knowledge of Jira or similar tools.

• Scrum Master certification

As a person, you are communicative, structured and solution-oriented. You easily build trust, inspire others and create energy in teams.
