Role Description

We are looking for a senior system security expert for a long-term assignment in the development and maintenance of complex technical products, where each product constitutes a system of systems. The role is central to product development and ensures that system security is integrated throughout the entire life cycle – from concept to delivered and commissioned product.

Focus of the assignment

-System security at product and system level

-Holistic view of technology, use, people and surroundings

-Safety as a basic product attribute, not an afterthought

Work content

-Lead and carry out system security work for complex systems

-Identify, analyse and manage risks at the system and system-by-system level

-Develop and manage system security requirements and security argumentation

-Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

-Work closely with system engineers and project management in product development

-Acting as a system security representative towards internal and external stakeholders

Competence requirements

-At least 10 years of experience in system safety work at system/product level

-Very good experience working according to MIL-STD-882E (or equivalent)

- Strong understanding of Systems Engineering, preferably according to ISO/IEC 15288

-Used to work in a structured, formal and traceable way in complex technical environments

-Ability to see and manage the big picture in large technical contexts

Meritorious

-Experience from defence, aerospace or other safety-critical/regulated industry

-Previous technology leadership or advisory role in system security

-Experience with products with long life cycles

-Swedish and English in speech and writing
