Role Description
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our Supply Chain team in the production in Järfälla. You will be part of the collaboration between Projects, Production and Procurement with the main task of actively both leading and contributing to the work of ensuring the right supply of materials to be able to meet our increased volumes in production. In addition to this, you will have a central role in analyzing and improving material planning to reduce lead times, lower costs and improve efficiency. You will collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective processes and ways of working.
• Take part in future purchasing needs in new development projects
• Optimize and continuously adjust material control parameters to achieve high service levels at the lowest possible cost
• Ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time
• Identify expired/obsolete materials for scrap
• Together with planning and purchasing, review and streamline the entire flow from purchase to delivery
• Escalate to purchasing for those suppliers who do not deliver on time to production
• Optimize and digitize workflows in IFS
• Make suggestions regarding developing the material planner role
• Contribute to achieving the company's and department's goals
Profile: As everyday life can be varied, flexibility and the ability to think innovatively are required when faced with challenges. As a social and outgoing person, you have an advantage in the role and it is required that you are communicative where solution-orientation and forward-thinking are the basis for results. As the role has a broad internal network, it is important to have good collaboration skills, that you are responsive and that you have a curious attitude to change and improvement.

Security & Terms
If you proceed in the recruitment process, the position requires that you undergo and pass a security vetting in accordance with current protective security regulations. Final candidates will also be required to undergo a pre-employment drug test.
Contract Details:
· Assignment length: 12 months with a high likelihood of extension.
· Workload: 100% on-site at the client office in Northern Stockholm.
