Role Description

In your role as HW Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join the development of an advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) system based on the Arexis architecture. You will join a project in an exciting phase where the first prototypes are being produced to validate design concepts and provide feedback for upcoming formal verification and qualification. You will be part of a team developing one of the two sub-systems within the EW system. Your focus will be on systems engineering activities, specifically HW integration and testing of the main control unit.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support general systems engineering (requirements updates, test case definitions for verification and production testing).

· Support HW prototype integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

· Gather feedback from testing to refine design and requirements.

· Support HW verification and qualification processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven team player with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. You are structured, flexible, and adapt easily to new challenges.

· University engineering degree in Electronics, Technical Physics, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer.

· Experience in product development with a focus on HW development and integration.

· Proven experience in systems engineering processes and requirements management.

· Previous knowledge or experience with RF and microwave technology.

· Strong communication and social skills.

· Fluency in both Swedish and English is require

Security & Terms
If you proceed in the recruitment process, the position requires that you undergo and pass a security vetting in accordance with current protective security regulations. Final candidates will also be required to undergo a pre-employment drug test.

Contract Details:

• Assignment length: 12 months with a high likelihood of extension.

• Workload: 100% on-site at the client office in Northern Stockholm.
