Assignment Description:

We are looking for a junior SAP consultant who wants to strengthen our existing SAP team with a focus on support. The team currently consists of three people who are responsible for change management, documentation, daily monitoring and second line support. The work is conducted according to the SAFe framework and the team delivers in sprints coordinated within our Release Train.

Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in SAP user support.

• Good understanding of troubleshooting in SAP flows.

• Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Merit:

• Experience of SAP EWM, SD and/or MM.

• Experience of working in agile teams or according to SAFe.

• Experience of master data management or interface monitoring.

Job responsibilities

The assignment means that you will work with:

• System and interface monitoring: Daily monitoring, troubleshooting and management of system flows and reprocessing of interfaces.

• Idoc and data management: Troubleshooting, correction and administration of idocs and ensuring correct master data and info records.

• User administration: Creation and management of user accounts in relevant systems.

• Intercompany and invoice processes: Management of credit notes, corrections between countries and creation and adjustment of invoices.

• Price and information control: Ensuring correct price information, control of price interface and validation of future price dates.

• Incident and deviation management: Investigate accounting differences, correct incorrect bookings and manage deviations linked to pricing and system data.
