Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrations: Design and maintain scalable connections between the platform and enterprise HR systems.

  • Own the Codebase: Drive high standards for code quality and strategy for all integration projects.

  • Ensure Security: Implement secure user provisioning and custom attribute mapping protocols.

  • Troubleshoot & Optimize: Debug complex API issues and scale systems for high performance.

  • Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to meet enterprise-level technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Core Experience: 3+ years in software engineering focusing on APIs, backend, or integrations.

  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in TypeScript and JSON APIs.

  • Enterprise Standards: Strong knowledge of authentication, provisioning, and security best practices.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex data payloads and system-to-system failures.

  • Bonus Skills: Experience with SQL or data lineage tracking is a plus.
