We usually respond within three days
Assignment Description:
We are looking for a junor-level Change Lead to join the Next Generation Intranet (NGI) program within Communications & Sustainability (CDC).
NOTE: It is important to have concrete experience of working with the ADKAR model in assignments.
The Change Lead will play a central role in ensuring the successful adoption and realization of NGI program. Acting as the bridge between project delivery and the organization, the Change Lead will design and enable the execution of the change management strategy across all seven projects being affected by the program, each of which impacts different parts of the organization with varying intensity and scope.
This role is strategic but with some hands-on operational work— combining high-level planning with practical execution. The Change Lead will work closely with the NGI Core Team, Communications, IT, and representatives from global markets to drive engagement, alignment, and adoption of the new digital workplace.
The Change Lead will apply structured change management methodologies, such as the ADKAR framework, to guide individuals and teams through each stage of the transformation — building awareness, creating desire, developing knowledge and ability, and ensuring long-term reinforcement of new ways of working.
The NGI initiative aims to create a modern, user-friendly, and cost-efficient intranet that enhances the employee experience. It will replace today’s complex and fragmented intranet landscape with a unified digital workplace that supports collaboration, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
