RF Power Amplifier Engineer

We're looking for an experienced RF Power Amplifier (PA) Engineer. You’ll work hands-on with GaN-based PAs, focusing on debugging, measurement, and performance optimization.

Key Skills:

  • PA architectures (AB, B, F, Doherty)
  • PA parameters: Psat, Gain, AMPM, Eff, ACLR, OBUE
  • Transistor physics, linearity, power/link budgets
  • GaN expertise: biasing, measurement, thermal/reliability challenges
  • Instrumentation: signal generators, spectrum/network analyzers, power meters
  • Strong lab and debugging skills essential
