Assignment Description:
In the role of Data Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of scalable and cost-effective data solutions in a modern cloud environment.
About the assignment
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the data platform pipelines and ETL processes in Snowflake and AWS. You will work closely with BI developers and other stakeholders to ensure that the backend solutions meet business needs. You will be expected to take significant responsibility for implementing best practices for data quality, performance optimization and cost efficiency.
The work takes place in a dynamic environment where your solutions will be directly crucial to the customer's decision support and analysis capacity.
Requirements
To be successful in the role you should have:
- Documented experience in data engineering with a focus on Snowflake and AWS
- Good knowledge of SQL, as well as experience in data modeling and database design
- Understanding of data engineering best practices and modern ETL processes
- Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner with both technology and operations
- Strong communication skills and habit of collaborating with multiple stakeholders
