Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute special projects by identifying problems, developing solutions, and communicating results with clarity and impact.
  • Translate complex information into clear and compelling stories, presentations, and strategic recommendations for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to facilitate internal strategies.
  • Support alignment on departmental activities and contribute to the success of special projects by facilitating effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks efficiently with a proactive mindset to meet deadlines and maintain operational excellence.
  • Conduct internal surveys, analyze results, and implement actions for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee portfolio and financial management within the Digital & IT department to ensure prioritization and successful delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, IT or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Structured and organized
  • Proficient in portfolio and financial management
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Understanding of software development and agile methodologies
