Transformation Leader for Future Proof Operating Model

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of the future operating model
  • Collaborate with sponsors to form a core team of leaders for the design and implementation streams.
  • Bring outside in perspective and practical experience from similar prior assignments
  • Upskill and engage current employees in the change process
  • Work in a hybrid model with products and projects in parallel, considering ongoing ERP programs

Support and Guidance:

  • You will have an Executive sponsor and two Operational sponsors
  • Main input will come from a core advisory team and wider stakeholder groups


Your profile:

  • Strong and experienced change leader
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder and change management within a complex global oragnization
  • Experience in leading Agile transformations
  • Proficient in implementing steering and governance in technology organizations
  • Demonstrades ability in leading a competence shift

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have experience from at least two similar cases
  • Pragmatic program leader with a focus on change leadership, organizational, and competence shift experience
  • Familarity with Agile transformation models, specifically SAFe (Scaled Agiled Framework)
