Future Wireless Networks Architecture Specialists

Are you a wireless visionary ready to shape the architecture of tomorrow? We are looking for specialists to lead system-level design and evaluation of future RAN and 6G technologies.

What you'll do:

  •  Define scalable RAN architectures and investigate new technologies
  •  Lead feasibility studies and architecture validation
  •  Collaborate with global R&D teams

Who you are:

  •  Deep knowledge of RAN, massive MIMO, front haul, and L1/L2 systems
  •  Strong architectural thinking and communication skills
  •  Experience in wireless infrastructure and next-gen networks
  •  PhD or equivalent

On-site Preference 

We are primarily looking for professionals who are open to be on-site in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark) or the United States.

Relocation Support 

If relocation is required, we provide support including:

• Flights & logistics 

• Visa/work permit handling (Nordic Region only) 

• Accommodation search support 

• Family relocation support (if applicable)
