Next-Gen Wireless Infrastructure Specialists

Are you driven to shape the future of wireless infrastructure? We are looking for specialists with expertise in BTS systems and next-gen network architectures for 5G/6G innovation.

What you'll do:

  •  Design and optimize BTS architecture for performance and scalability
  •  Analyze system requirements and wireless algorithms
  •  Drive collaboration across RF, baseband, and system teams

Who you are:

  •  Strong background in BTS design, RF signal chains, PHY algorithms
  •  Proficient in Matlab, C/C++, and wireless system modeling
  •  Experience with 5G/6G Layer 1 technologies and multi-antenna systems
  •  PhD or equivalent

On-site Preference 

We are primarily looking for professionals who are open to be on-site in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark) or the United States.

Relocation Support 

If relocation is required, we provide support including:

• Visa/work permit handling (Nordic Region only)
