Photonics R&D Specialists – Microwave Photonics & PICs

We usually respond within three days

PhD or equivalent Are you ready to explore the future of optics in wireless communication? We are seeking specialists in Photonics and Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for advanced research into microwave and analog optical systems.

What you'll do:

  •  Research and develop PIC-based systems for radio and fiber technologies
  •  Lead architecture studies for hybrid photonic/electronic devices
  •  Simulate optical systems and evaluate performance
  •  Collaborate with academia and global design teams

Who you are:

  •  Ph.D. in Optical Engineering, Physics, or related fields
  •  Understanding of radio-over-fiber, analog optics, and PIC simulation
  •  Proficiency in Python, MATLAB; open to occasional travel

On-site Preference 

We are primarily looking for professionals who are open to be on-site in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark) or the United States.
