Power Systems & Energy Conversion Specialists

Are you passionate about shaping the future of energy systems? We are looking for a specialist with deep knowledge in power electronics, EV charging, and telecom power systems to help drive innovation in digital power conversion for applications ranging from 3kW to 60kW.

What you'll do:

  •  Drive technology development in converter topologies and control strategies
  •  Define system requirements and lead research for energy solutions
  •  Collaborate across internal teams and universities
  •  Validate power conversion concepts through lab prototypes

Who you are:

  •  Senior experience in power electronics, AC/DC and DC/DC systems
  •  Skilled in GaN/SiC, magnetic design, and energy storage architectures
  •  Proficient in simulation, control algorithms, and power platform trends
  •  PhD or equivalent

On-site Preference 

We are primarily looking for professionals who are open to be on-site in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark) or the United States.

Relocation Support 

If relocation is required, we provide support including:

• Visa/work permit handling (Nordic Region only)
