Software Architecture Specialists – Wireless Systems

Are you passionate about cutting-edge MAC scheduling and real-time system design? We are looking for specialists to drive the architecture and performance of Layer 2 software systems in next-generation 5.5G/6G wireless products.

What you'll do:

  •  Design MAC scheduling architecture for 5.5G/6G wireless systems
  •  Co-develop high-performance software with hardware teams
  •  Optimize Layer 2 for real-time, multi-core, and heterogeneous environments

Who you are:

  •  Senior experience in MAC layer software design (4G/5G)
  •  Expertise in scheduling, prioritization, memory optimization, and RRM
  •  Familiar with SoC co-design, embedded architecture, and radio systems
  •  PhD or equivalent

On-site Preference 

We are primarily looking for professionals who are open to be on-site in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark) or the United States.

Relocation Support 

If relocation is required, we provide support including:

• Flights & logistics 

• Visa/work permit handling (Nordic Region only) 

• Accommodation search support 

• Family relocation support (if applicable)
