Do you want to shape the future of wireless communication through research and innovation? We are looking for specialists to lead strategic wireless system R&D initiatives and collaborations with leading academic institutions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead next-generation wireless R&D projects and partnerships
  • Drive platform innovation in 5G/6G technologies
  • Guide research strategy in coordination with European universities

Who you are:

  •  Senior experience in wireless system design and research leadership
  •  Skilled in setting platform vision and aligning technical innovation
  •  Experienced in university collaboration and complex program management
  •  PhD or equivalent

On-site Preference

We are primarily looking for professionals who are open to be on-site in the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark) or the United States.

Relocation Support 

If relocation is required, we provide support including:

• Flights & logistics 

• Visa/work permit handling (Nordic Region only) 

• Accommodation search support
