About the Assignment

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will design and implement a robust end-to-end supply chain structure tailored to a mega construction project. You will develop Lean strategies, set up processes for procurement, logistics, warehousing, and material handling, and establish performance metrics to ensure efficiency and quality across the supply chain.

The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and supporting the organization in meeting its ESG and sustainability goals. 

Key Qualifications

Experience & Background:

• 3–8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Lean Construction, and Six Sigma (certification preferred)
• Proven experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Skilled in ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital supply chain tools
• Leadership ability and experience building high-performing teams

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Preferred certifications include:
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • APICS, CIPS, or similar supply chain certifications

Language Requirement:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required (Swedish is not mandatory)
