We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a consulting assignment in Boden, where you will play a key role in developing digital infrastructure. The assignment is on-site and runs from March until the end of 2025, with a possibility of extension.

About the Assignment

You will be part of the Digital Site Services team, responsible for providing and operating a secure and robust digital infrastructure, including fixed and mobile networks (5G and WiFi) and data centers to support site operations. Currently, the team is in the procurement, planning, and deployment phase of these networks and infrastructure components. Your role as Project Manager will be essential in leading and coordinating these efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clear project roadmaps, timelines, and priorities.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication with internal and external teams.
• Manage timelines and activities with external suppliers, acting as the single point of contact between vendors and internal departments.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
• Set up and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring:
• Deliverables are met according to the defined plan.
• The right resources are allocated for execution.
• Team productivity through strong leadership and efficient ways of working.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring solutions evolve to meet future needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within telecom, network deployments, digital development, or a related field.
• Experience in large-scale deployment projects, managing complex timelines and shifting priorities.
• Strong skills in reporting project progress and documentation.
• A proactive and structured approach, with the ability to adapt to dynamic IT projects in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
