Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, software, and network problems.
- Assist with software installation, updates, and configurations.
- Guide users and document issues using ticketing tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in IT support.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, networking, and remote desktop tools.
