Requirements
Must have:
- Complex Projects: Proven experience from complex projects with a large number of stakeholders and diligent communication.
- Transformation Management: Ability to lead organizational change and secure cross-functional alignment.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capable of conducting in-depth situational analyses and developing actionable business cases.
- Strong Project mgmnt skills, preferably documented certifications
- Technical background hence project being deeply data oriented and analytical.
- Experience in HR and DEI: Strong knowledge of HR strategies, particularly in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and how these are integrated into HR technical solutions.
- English spoken and written (High level competence)
Nice to have:
International Experience: Understanding of global HR requirements and reporting structures, particularly in a multicultural environment.
