Business Change Manager
We usually respond within three days
Responsibility:
- Coordinate business change management activities for the stakeholders.
- Plan and execute the Business change activities, (Communication Plan, Sponsor Roadmap, Coaching Plan, Resistance Management Plan, Training Plan etc. )
- Act as a coach for executives and senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
- Set-up and refine a Business change management strategy for the initiative
- Set-up, prepare and coach the Business Change Management team
- Provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Develop a sponsorship model
- Collect and analyze feedback
- Diagnose gaps and help managers manage resistance
- Implement corrective actions
- If necessary establish user network for the change initiative
Requirement:
...be able to work independently and thrive with a great deal of responsibility and self-management
...have an IT business understanding and experience of IT contexts
...have a good understanding of IT operating models and core processes, e.g. ITIL, DevOps
...have documented experience within change management and transformation processes
...have a solid understanding of service management and IT outsourcing
...be highly skilled in analysis and problem solving
…be fluent in one of the nordic languages and strong knowledge of English, both oral and written.
