You should have:
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python (preferred), Java, or C++.
• Understanding of state-of-the-art AI architectures and methodologies, including Transformer-based models, LLMs, and advanced optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, including designing pipelines that combine LLMs with vector databases and retrieval strategies.
• Experience in building and deploying agentic workflows or autonomous agents, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain or custom solutions.

Preferred, but not necessary qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).

• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Understanding of distributed computing, APIs, and microservices.

• Understanding of ethical AI practices and privacy-preserving techniques.

• Knowledge of LLM applications like embeddings, chatbots, and summarization.

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects

• An Ops background, knowledge of code quality and security tools, and familiarity with network configuration are valuable assets and are nice to have for this position.
• A strong merit would be if you're well-versed in Azure tools and services and have experience with technologies in Azure Cloud platform including Azure CEP.
• Hands on experience in code repository/ CI&CD including Github Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Gitlab and other is a plus
