We are looking for an experienced and driven Quality Task Force Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Root Cause Analysis team based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing excellent problem-solving practises and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

As a root cause analysis expert, you will be brought into the different plant organizations to crack the hardest nuts - utilising advanced problem-solving methodology such as Six Sigma as well as creative and novel approaches to solve the most complex and complicated problems. Furthermore, you will lead problem-solving task forces with team members from local and global organization. Finally, you will also play a part in ensuring that sustainable solutions for problem solving are engrained into the organization. In short, your main goal will be to increase the quality level, performance, and reliability of client's processes and products within cell manufacturing and testing.

About the team

The Root Cause Analysis team consists of experts that are brought in when problems are too big or complicated for the plant organizations to solve. Think of them as client's A-Team. The team is based in Stockholm but regularly travels to the different manufacturing plants to provide hands-on problem-solving support. You will be solving acute problems but also develop the plant organizations in advanced problems-solving methods and tools.
