We are currently looking for system experts to take on the challenges to develop new functions in Baseband for HCS (Harmonized Communication and Sensing).

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for Baseband system architecture & design for 5G wireless products.

• You will define requirements, design application and features, drive technical studies, and coordinate works between different teams.

• You are going to work closely with algorithm developers, hardware and software designers.

• The project is organized in very close cooperation with the Huawei wireless teams in Shanghai.

Qualifications requirements

To be successful in this role the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the industry, particularly in radar engineering (Sensing), and Proven record of leading large, complex analysis and design projects. Here are some of technical competences for the position:

• MATLAB and digital signal processing;

• Pulse Compression, Doppler, Filtering;

• CFAR and Detection, Radar Video or Image Processing;

• Plot Extraction and Tracking, Phased Array Radar;

• Embedded Software, Linux or FPGA;

• RF, Antenna or Radar Electronics, Systems Engineering Life Cycle;

• Hands-on skills in software implementation.

• A Master Degree or Ph.D in computer science, electrical engineering, wireless communication or equivalent background is required.

Other

The candidates should have highly developed skills in finding new innovative solutions, strategic visions and ability of leading and driving activities. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Location: This is a position at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm, Sweden. Business travel is expected, both within Europe and to China.
